  • The first step is inquiring about my current availability here

    Prior to our first session, I’ll email you my intake paperwork. New client paperwork is accessible via my secure client portal and must be completed before we meet.

  • At our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore your goals for therapy. If you’re new or returning to therapy, this is a great time to ask questions!

    We go at your pace and start where it feels right.

    At the end of our time, we’ll check-in and see if we’re a match. If I’m not the best fit for you, I’ll offer a referral to a trusted colleague.

  • The length of therapy depends on your goals.

    Clients recovering from a stressful event or significant life adjustment may need a longer timeline.

    Many clients return to therapy as needed.

  • I don’t offer complementary consultations because it’s hard to get to know someone in 15 short minutes.

    The best way to experience my style, pacing, and approach is in session.

  • I offer in-person sessions, telehealth appointments, and walk-and-talk sessions. Walk-and-talk sessions are prearranged after we chat about the risks/benefits.
